10.0The parking lot is safe , and small . Not too much noise which is perfect ! But the rooms could be cleaned better , it is always fresh towels and rags .( even though I bring my own ). The owner and her daughter are the sweetest!!!

8.0plenty of parking, they never bothered me once, rooms were clean, some things could use some updating but the rooms definitely align with the price. It's not the Marriott but you're also not paying marriott prices.
