Venice is a lovely city and our stay at EGO suburb!
10.0We liked everything about the property. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Beautiful rooms. Beautiful breakfast room. The breakfast was incredible and our lovely lady server was terrific. The concierge went out of his way to accommodate this large group. The location, excellent. I will definitely recommend and will stay here again!!

Disappointing experience
2.0The location
− The room was very dark and had an unpleasant smell. We were asked to book the breakfast, but the following day it wasn't ready on time. I paid close to a $1k for that room, but the exprience was like in a 3 star hotel.
Perfection on the grand canal
10.0Exceptionally beautiful and very well appointed . Perfect location on the grand canal with a water taxi and water bus very close in front. Close to the Rialto bridge.
− We had a round bed in our room that was hard to sleep in without our feet hanging off. Haha. But a minor inconvenience for how lovely the room was.
