Une déception garantie pour tout voyageur s'attendant a un minimum de standing

− Hotel 5 étoiles seulement pour la forme mais rien dans cet hôtel ne vaut ce classement. J'ai eu l'occasion de passer de bien meilleure séjour dans des hotel 3 et 4 étoiles au Maroc. Le sourire du personnel ne permet pas d'oublier leur incompétence. L'état d'entretien des chambres et du batiment est lamentable. Le buffet est le pire buffet que j'ai eu l'occasion de manger en 10 ans de voyage au Maroc. Nourriture fade, Viennoiserie desséchée a croire qu'elles sont la depuis 5 jours a attendre que quelqu'un aie le courage de les consommer. Certaines options annoncée sur booking sont mensongère . Je suis très déçu et ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
