Wonderful family experience!
10.0I needed assistance with charging to my room with the pre package plan I purchased. She attempted to get it situated for me by finding out why my wrist band was locked. She even called up to the lobby to attempt to fix the issue. I ultimately had to go back to the lobby to get things sorted, but I greatly appreciated her helping us and being so kind about it.

10.0Hello, just wanted to put a good word in for Trip, the lifeguard at the wave rider yesterday. My son really wanted to do it, but was scared and the patience and coaching that Trip gave him was cool to watch. I hire a lot of young college aged employees and we all know that attitude is the most important thing in an individual. You've got a good one there and I hope that he hears this feedback because it's important to recognize a job well done.

10.0Staff member Stephanie in the Buckhorn Exchange went above and beyond today to make my 3 year old granddaughter feel special. I have been so impressed by all of your staff here but Stephanie's level of caring about the needs of a little who is obsessed with pink was extra tender and kind. We spent 5 nights at Great Wolf and everyone there was truly wonderful. This is as a magical experience for my grandchildren and I’d highly recommend it. Thank you!!

He took the time to explain the safest and best way to ride the waves, making everyone feel comfortable and confident.
