2.0− We were first given a room that hadn't been cleaned out (bed not made, towels on the floor, trash full, etc.), upon correcting their mistake and directing us to our actual room, it was found out that the curtain had multiple different stains on it, including stains on the bed sheets, and there was mold along the bottom of the wall. The hotel looked NOTHING like the photos and there were numerous broken down cars filled with belongings in the back. The latch lock was busted on our door and the doors to outside were almost never closed and always propped open.
