Comfortable stay. More a 4 star hotel than a 5 star because it is very big so it lacks that personal touch. Some of the staff were rude and unhelpful, for example being ignored when seated at breakfast, waiters would walk past as if we were invisible after 10 minutes I had to ask for tea and coffee and food off the menu. We asked for a late checkout but this was not available so we were told to use the changing room but the lady on reception omitted to tell us we needed to book it! The main pool does not accommodate many sun loungers for the number of guests staying at this resort hotel. There are signs asking guests not to reserve sun loungers but this is not enforced at all. Pool does not open until 9am and by 9.45am all beds are taken, majority are reserved with towels and belongings, the guests do not appear for 1-2 hours to use them. This is very frustrating if you want a leisurely morning and not get to the pool until after 10am. There are sun loungers by the children's pool but to use the adult pool you have to go up a flight of stairs and your belongings are out of sight. This aspect is not 5 star. Overall good value and lovely location.

Très bel hôtel, en bord d'une très grande plage (mais a 30mn en tram du centre deValence). Chambre propre et bien insonorisée Grande piscine Excellent oetit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

We honestly loved everything about our stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The level of service was exceptional—everyone was friendly, attentive, professional, and always available to help with anything we needed. What truly stood out was how much the team cared about making our entire trip perfect, not just our stay at the hotel. They took the time to sit down with us, recommend fantastic local restaurants and attractions, and arranged everything on our behalf. From booking some of the best restaurants in Valencia to organizing our visit to the aquarium, they handled everything seamlessly. It made our holiday completely stress-free and allowed us to simply relax and enjoy every moment. The housekeeping and room service were also outstanding. Our room was always kept spotless, sometimes even being serviced twice a day, and the attention to detail was incredible. Every interaction with the staff reflected the same high standard of care and professionalism. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable. The thoughtful surprises, warm hospitality, and genuine kindness from everyone made the celebration incredibly special. It was one of those experiences we’ll always remember. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly maintained, but what truly makes it exceptional is its people. The service is genuinely 10/10—without question, some of the best we’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. We honestly couldn’t find a single thing to fault. If you’re visiting Valencia, this is the hotel to stay at. We highly recommend it, and whenever we return to Valencia, this will be the one and only hotel we’ll choose. Thank you to the entire team for giving us such an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back.
