− Bathroom was not very clean and had a bad odor. I was going to ask for a different room but, husband had already unpacked and didn't want to move. Very disappointing

10.0Vinny in engineering was an absolute pleasure to have around. A true New Yorker with a heart of gold, he greeted us with a smile every single time our paths crossed, always said hello, and had a way of making us laugh even on busy days. Whenever we needed assistance, he was quick to respond and got the job done with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Brianna at the Front Desk was another highlight of our stay. She was there for us daily, consistently professional, attentive, and doing a great job keeping things running smoothly from check-in to check-out. Between Vinny’s friendly engineering support and Brianna’s dependable front desk presence, our stay felt truly well taken care of. Tarrytown House Estate is lucky to have both of them on the team!
A great lunch experience!
10.0I was recently at Tarrytown House Estate. The staff was very helpful and considerate from the front desk/housekeeping/lifeguards but I would like to especially compliment the outstanding service and care from the outdoor bartender Franco. He took our order and made adjustments with the kitchen on the preparations to our lunch. We thanked him and he also made us aware of the efforts of Chef Ron, Yuri, Carmen, Jeanette, and Christopher. They were very helpful in meeting our requests. It’s alway nice when someone is willing to share the credit for a job well done. The sense of teamwork dedicated to making a guest’s day really shows why this property is so successful.
