10.0Hôtel très bien situé, très confortable et joliment décoré. Idéal pour séjourner en ville,surtout pendant le festival! Personnel très aimable,attentionné. Chambre spacieuse, au calme (comme demandé).
− Le seul point négatif pour nous,c'est la baignoire qui n'est pas sécurisée...on aurait préféré une douche.

Excellent emplacement mais équivalent à un trois étoiles maximum.
6.0L’emplacement exceptionnel, la gentillesse du personnel, le calme au milieu du festival d’Avignon.
− Pas à la hauteur d’un Quatre étoiles. Au niveau confort et propreté, on peut quand même faire beaucoup mieux… Rénové seulement “en surface” et de qualité très très moyenne, moquette ancienne (qui ne fait pas propre) dans les espaces communs. Avec un emplacement extraordinaire et un personnel très gentil, c’est dommage!..
