המלון חולש על רצועת חוף מהמהמת ביופיה , חופי ים מקסימים ,, צוק פראי באזור אגיה פאלגיה נוף מקסים מהחדר ( אקסולסיב עם נוף לים).

− במלון 3 מסעדות מלבד החדר אוכל המרכזי . אירוח של 4-6 לילות עדין אינו מזכה לשובר לארוחת ערב באחת מהן . קצת מאכזב

Huge resorts with plenty of stuff to do. Food is great and the service is amazing

− If feels old. We had an ant infestation in our room. The staff tried to help as much as they could, but I would say that the resort need to be refreshed

petit déjeuner très copieux repas ,chambre magnifique avec vue sur mer. Le personnel de l'hotel très sympatique et notamment la barmaid qui travaille en journée au bar de l hotêl situé à l acceuil .Espaces vert très bien entretenu

− repas très moyen car peu de grillade et dessert jamais varié toujours les même !nous sommes mécontent car nous avons loué une chambre avec piscine personnel sauf que l'eau de la piscine était très froide car à l ombre des arbres nous sommes donc allés nous baigné dans la piscine collective !! c'est quant même dommage de louer une chambre avec piscine privé !!!On a du se plaindre à l acceuil car la piscine soit disant calme était envahi de personne russes (une quinzaines )qui ont crié et éclaboussé tout le monde en bref la piscine était à eux !!! le maitre nageur est resté regarder sans intervenir .Cela est inadmissible pour un hôtel 5 étoiles

Nous sommes à 2 min à pied de la plage, des restaurants qu'on peut réserver et bien placé.le personnel disponible.

− La propreté des toilettes est à revoir! Les toilettes près de la piscine est une catastrophe, il y a des fuites, du papier toilette par terre. C'est limite pour un hôtel 5 étoiles! Dans notre chambre familiale, le support de douche se décolle. Il faudra refaire quelques travaux...

The location is amazing overlooking the bay

− Apart from the location everything else was an utter disappointment which had an adverse effect on our stay. Room was really old with broken glass surfaces everywhere and really dirty! I had to shower with my slippers on! No coffee machine, no mosquito net as we were bitten alive by mosquitoes, ventilation was so smelly with mold we preferred not to switch on the air conditioner and sewage really was so smelly! We paid for all inclusive and we did not manage to eat as the hotel has this absurd policy that if the buffet finishes you have to leave the premises, ie if breakfast finishes at 11 and you go at 10:50 then you have to leave the restaurant by 11. Absolutely ridiculous! I travelled the world and not once that ever happened! They also had this weird policy that for beach towels you need to change by yourself in the spa area which is a 10 minute walk from the beach! Otherwise you stay with dirty towels unless you call them and make an issue with the rudest staff i have ever encountered and they make you a favour to change by themselves in the room! May i repeat that this was a 5* resort. Even though the private beach was amazing with clear waters, they did not have service on the beach and the sunbeds were so old that you literally sat on the sand eventually! This hotel needs major renovation! Building and furniture are way too old and change of their policies! Someone should change the photos as they are manipulative
