5.0The room was beautifully designed
− There was a cockroach in one of the cups in the cupboard (alive). Called reception about the cleanliness and to inform about the pest. I mean so gross in being a cup you drink from. Response from reception was “that’s just Queensland” …. I have lived in Queensland my whole life and yet I’ve never had that at home or any hotel! So we didn’t use any cups lol

8.0The unit was a lot more spacious than we were expecting. It was super quiet and easy walking distance to everything.
− The pool was under construction still, which we knew when booking. The renders look amazing and I'm sorry it wasn't completed when we stayed.

7.0Staff were exceptional. Room was nice and well appointed. Parking was close to the room.
− The couch was very uncomfortable. Some areas need general maintenance, ie paint chips and discolouration of the ceiling above the bed, grouting in communal walkways between pavers missing. From the moment we entered our room, the floor was gritty and sandy.

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
