Great location, but service could be better
4.0Wonderful view in the morning and nestled in tea farms. We're accommodating with our food allergies, which was greatly appreciated. However, there was no daily housekeeping. For example, we never got new towels in the 3 nights we stayed. When we arrived, the front desk man watched us carry out luggage up the stairs without offering to help. Also, when we went to claim our breakfast, a group of 15 or so who arrived after us were served first.
