When booking a 5 start resort for around $1000 per night I expect the basics to be on point. Not worth the money.
6.0The room and location was great. Good food selection. Nanny service was great!!
− SERVICE: The service staff (restaurants and bar) were not friendly and I felt like an inconvenience asking for help. At the breakfast buffet one morning there were no teaspoons so had to ask, she was unimpressed and took 5 minutes to get one. Two mornings (6:45am) there was no milk in the jugs so I asked for milk and she told me to go behind the counter to get some. Why not just filled them up? At the Bar and Grill they serviced our 2 adult meals and forgot the kids meal. I asked how far away it was and she walked off without an answer, then it took another 15 minutes to come. My toddler was very upset and hungry. ROOM ISSUES: The extractor fan didn’t work in the bathroom on arrival, we called reception twice in our 5 day stay and no one ever came to look at it. The wifi on the TV didn’t work, we also called for support and no one ever came. Could t use the TV the whole week. The hand soap in the bathroom was empty on arrival and took 3 days to be filled. The bath had no plug, called for one and it took 1 hour to be delivered.
We would definitely come back and stay again.
7.0The staff were amazing and very kind, would do anything for you to make the stay more comfortable. The location is spectacular and there are a variety of pools and restaurants to choose from. Kids eat free which made our stay much easier!

− The price level for a 3 stars level offered. We paid for a 5 stars hotel but the services e:g : Rooms, food, gym etc weren’t at this level of 5 Stars expectations.
