6.0Las camas cómodas. El baño las toallas bien, sin ningún suplemento de nada. Ni clínex. Las habitaciones viejas para ser un cuatro estrellas. Es la segunda vez y no volveré. Pese a un entorno muy bonito.
− La recepción. Regular. Y ni un complemento en la habitación solo la cafetera sin infusiones. Las habitaciones antiguas.

8.0El trato amable a nuestra mascota y la posibilidad de dejarla en la habitación. El servicio de limpieza y de restaurante siempre amable y atento.
− A nuestra llegada la recepcionista no tenía información de las actividades organizadas por el hotel y a nuestra salida se equivocó gravemente y pretendió cobrarnos dos veces la habitación con un trato inadecuado. Falta una formación adecuada del personal de recepción.

− El estado de la bañera de la habitación estaba totalmente picada
Es un enclave perfecto para descansar

− Instalaciones deterioradas, pendientes de reforma para equiparar el precio con la calidad q se ofrece. En especial las manchas de la moqueta de los pasillos y la madera desgastadísima de las habitaciones.
