8.0Friendly staff, nice building and grounds. Room was decent but bedside lights did not work and bathroom could have been cleaner. Also, the valve to use the shower head would not stay put on its own so I had to have a shower whilst holding the valve.

Back to the 80’s
4.0Check in took 25 minutes even though I was second in the queue. The Room was tiny. Was awoken by a Laundry delivery vehicle inches from my window in the morning. Shocking hotel. Was waiting on a on Alan Partridge rocking up. On the plus side, wine in the bar was cheap....though I defo felt it when afore mentioned laundry vehicle made an entrance.

6.0Main areas were nice but room was bit run down and bottles and plates were left out in corridors all afternoon till morning

4.0Very nice personnel. That said; room was super cold in the night. Had to put all towels on me. Haridrier was not working and there were stains on the towels. Again, the personnel is very nice but the hotel is really not in good conditions.
