− Wir mussten zum Check Inn 90 min. lang anstehen und dann war das Zimmer nicht fertig und wir mussten nochmals 30 min. warten.
The family liked it, but paying luxury prices I expected more — though maybe that’s just me.
7.0What I liked: 🏖️ Location: Beautiful setting with a very clean beach. 🏊 Facilities: Pool areas were spotless and well-maintained. 🍽️ Dining: Buffet offered a good variety of food. 🛏️ Room: Comfortable, spacious, and very clean. 👧 Kids Club: Nice setup, though parents were required to stay with children (not as advertised). What could be improved: 🛍️ On-site shopping: Prices were extremely inflated. For example, flip-flops cost 2500 pesos and up, while at Jumbo (20–25 minutes away by car) better ones were only 600 pesos. Tips for future travelers: 🚗 Having a car is a big advantage — you can easily drive to Jumbo or other stores for supplies at fair prices. 📌 Expect that some advertised services (like kids club independence) may not match reality.
− What I did not like: 🕒 Check-in: Saturday check-in took at least 1.5 hours. 🧖 Spa: Closed for two days during the stay. 📞 Room Service: Calls at 8 AM despite “Do Not Disturb” sign — next time, I’ll make sure to use the sign consistently. 🧺 Towels: Issues with availability. 🗺️ Navigation: No area map provided, making it hard to find restaurants. 🛍️ On-site gift shop: Prices 6–10 times higher than normal. 🍟 Snack shop: Food was very salty and sold out quickly. 🍴 Food temperature: Weekend food was hot and fresh, but during the week it was cold due to fewer customers.

9.0La disponibilidad de snack en casi todo el tiempo, la cancha de baloncesto, en general, los diferentes ambientes muy cernanos en tre sí: playa limpia de arena suabe y la piscina.
− En un almuerzo no había pescado en el bufé. Si bien había pescado afuera, este solo era tilapia frita y hubo una gran fila. Pero esntiendo que era para variar la oferta, ya que en la cena si hubo diferentes pescados.

− Las actividades, tenian en reparacion todos los kayak y los stand up paddle. Y tambien en mantenimiento el gym y no se podia acceder
