Soggiorno piacevole
8.0Il soggiorno complessivamente è stato piacevole. Il residence dista circa 1 km da una delle spiagge piú belle di Minorca. Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia degli appartamenti, la cucina era dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare. La piscina È molto grande e adatta ai bambini.
− Ho trovato molto scomodo che non fosse possibile impostare la temperatura dell'aria condizionata in autonomia e anche che non fosse possibile settarlo separatamente tra camera e zona giorno. Per modificare la temperatura occorre chiamare sempre qualcuno della reception. Inoltre ho trovato scorretto non specificare in fase di prenotazione che non tutti gli appartamenti sono allo stesso livello della piscina. Ci sono moltissimi appartamenti che si trovano al piano inferiore e non godono né della stessa vista né della stessa comodità di accesso alla piscina. Ho anche chiesto di cambiare stanza ma mi è stato negato, considerando che il mio soggiorno è durato 10 giorni e ho visto continui turn over di ospiti non capisco come non fosse possibile concedermi il cambio. Avrebbero dovuto specificare che se uno desidera una tipologia di stanza lo deve richiedere in fase di prenotazione. Inoltre il residence è dotato di lavatrice comune, il cui costo di 4.50 mi è sembrato piuttosto elevato, l'asciugatrice 5 euro
