10.0Our room was wonderful and the hotel is in a perfect location. The staff were all so kind to us. We will definitely be back.

10.0The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Close to everything. I took the bus to and from the airport and walked less than 5 min to the hotel. And there are hot tubs ! Great for post- hike, post- paddle. The breakfast was very simple and included a lot of protein options. It was good, and having 24h access to coffee, hot cocoa, cookies, water and ice was very helpful. I was fine with the room with a window looking at the wall of the next building because less sun came in, and no noise at all. Great for long days in July. Made it easy to sleep.

− Disappointed that hot tub only fit 3 people and it was often full unless you had signed up. Also we landed late and took us 40 minutes to get a cab.

− Emails and texts were excessive . Surely 1 a day would be sufficient.
People, Food Services, and location all great.
8.0Location and Food Services were excellent. What was disappointing was the size of the "Superior Queen Room", which was touted as an upgrade for us by Booking.com. It was smaller than I expected.
− Better representation of the "Superior Queen". I'm curious what an "Inferior/Regular Queen" was particularly for this price.
