− We had an ongoing issue with the toilet. I understand the staff who said it worked, but it also worked sporadically and tended to run. I fixed it from running but it entailed getting into the tank which was less than pleasant.

− Nothing really...the hotel is a little older so not everyone's "cup of tea" but it wasn't lacking for anything for me!
