− Das reservieren der Poolliegen in den Morgenstunden wird vom Personal geduldet und nicht geahndet. Zu wenig Sonnenschirme zu wenig Poolliegen.
Nie wieder. Gibt genug Alternativen. Hatte dort tolle Aufenthalte früher, aber das war too much
3.0Ich war schon oft dort, habe auch für Gruppen dort regelmäßig gebucht und hatte stets gute Erfahrungen. Dieses mal war alles anders… leider… werde dort nie wieder buchen … leider… schade…
− Ich hatte ein Appartement gebucht, mussten aber in ein Doppelzimmer. Keine Entschädigung. Kein Entgegenkommen. Die Gäste wurden beim Check-In reihenweise wie Abschaum behandelt. Wir mussten eine Stunde in einer wirklich überschaubaren Schlange warten, weil alle Prozesse beim Check-In extrem schlecht organisiert sind. Einem Mitreisenden wurde völlig unverhältnismäßig und lautstark gedroht, ihn rauszuwerfen, als er reklamierte, dass seine Kreditkarte doppelt belastet wurde. Anderen wurde gedroht, man setze sie auf die Straße, als sie die unverhältnismäßig lange Wartezeit bemängelten. Das Essen hat leider auch nachgelassen im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren.

2.0Completely agree with the review from the earlier fredericdavid794. Welcome to little Germany. The hotel and surrounding area is full of football fans and the obvious behaviour fuelled by beer. We checked out of our 7 day all inclusive stay after the 2nd day having spent the 2 days searching for another more suitable hotel. We had reported issues with our room, but were told it was the best in the hotel. There were ants infested and mould in the bathroom. We were reluctantly shown a standard room as alternative but it was not any better and much smaller than our suite. We had the local Voyage rep also complain on our behalf. The hotel manager completely denied we had reported any issues. We also took videos of guest by the pool fighting but were told by the hotel not to share them on social media. As you can imagine it must of been completely unacceptable for us to check out knowing that they would deny everything and not issue a refund.
