Beach loungers all prebooked!
4.0Lovely hotel, staff and restaurants but we chose it over others for the private beach. The beach area is small but so is the hotel so we did not anticipate a problem. How wrong we were - not only do you have to pay for the loungers but you have to reserve them and they were already all pre-booked for the duration of our stay. Staff said that normally they advise this on check in but we had several questions and I guess the standard script was missed. I would suggest they make it known on booking and give guests the option to book at the same time as booking the room. Had we known we would have stayed elsewhere. Sadly there are no loungers at the pool today either. (24 in total so perhaps not a surprise.) If the beach is a priority - stay somewhere else.
