− The WiFi was patchy and had a low signal. The airconditioning was extremely cold and I did not find a way to adjust the temperature.

3.0The location was good because it was walking distance to my business venue and other amenities.
− During my stay with outdoor temperatures exceeding 45 degrees Celsius, the HVAC in my room was centrally regulated from outside leaving me with no control over the room's climate. The resulting indoor temperature was dangerously warm, highly uncomfortable and unhealthful. I left your facility with a flu, as a result. I hope you will review your HVAC management policies to ensure future guests do not experience these conditions.
