9.0Salida directa a la playa. Las piscinas muy bien. La animación infantil fantástica. La cama muy cómoda.
− La piscina infantil estaba dirigida a niños muy pequeños. Se quedaba corta para niños de más de 6.

9.0El personal muy atento y amable. Están pendientes de todos los detalles, en especial los jefes de sala del comedor principal. Solicitamos un pequeño cambio en las condiciones por un problema de salud y fue atendido con mucha rapidez y eficacia por la dirección del hotel. Las piscinas geniales, tanto las principal como la de niños. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. El bar de la recepción con el hall de entrada crea un ambiente de paz y tranquilidad ideal para relajarte en varios momentos del día.
− Que se pueda dejar la toalla para “reservar” hamaca en las piscinas (la de niños incluida). La gente dejaba las toallas a primera hora y ya no hay quien coja una hamaca. Además luego estaban toda la mañana sin aparecer y tú no te puedes sentar porque están supuestamente ocupadas. Eso deberían prohibirlo y en el momento que pase un tiempo establecido sin aparecer por la hamaca que el socorrista retire las toallas. Echamos en falta body loción, al ser un hotel de playa donde llegas con la piel de cloro de la piscina y sal del mar. Más siendo un hotel 5 estrellas.
