− The beds were uncomfortable. The shower floor was very slippery, I almost fell. No elevator.

− Walls were thin, the next door neighbor had water running from 4 am till 8 am..The constant sound of water made sleeping uncomfortable

3.0What was in the room did work (Hot water, TV etc)
− The room, while clean, was totally sterile and bleak. I felt like we were in a hospital. No bedside lamps. Just harsh white searchlights way up high in the ceiling. No carpeting. Nothing cozy at all. An iron - but no ironing board. A fake fireplace half way up the wall at shoulder height. And the name Harbor View is a joke. It looks out over a restaurant parking lot. You need a telescope to see the harbor. This would be adequate for under $100 but it cost over $300 a night, and yet there was NO ROOM SERVICE! Had to make up our beds for second night. Never saw any staff except to get key.
