8.0The hotel was attractive and staff were great. We had to leave too early to enjoy the breakfast, but we did eat dinner there and it was very good. The hotel is in a more industrial area so it’s not as convenient to the downtown/historic area. That being said, they do have an evening shuttle to take guests to various locations. We partially picked this hotel because it states that they have an airport shuttle, which it did not.

4.0The coverlet on our bed was dirty. Our toilet seat was broken. Our shower didn't work, it dribbled out water.

6.0No airport shuttle although they called a cab very quickly. The original ad said they had an airport shuttle. They do not. Also-not many places to walk to eat around. It’s very industrial and not particularly a great location. Thankfully their on site restaurant was very good.

4.0Starting with the positives the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a lot of variety. The negatives, the rooms look nothing like the pictures its a very dated hotel, the AC made a loud noise all night but didn’t work, the shower felt like you would fall through the tub at any minute. The area is quite possibly the ghetto bordered with China town. It is very sketchy industrial area with broken glass and garbage everywhere, and smells of pee. The hotel offers a free night shuttle into town which was great because you likely would be robbed if you attempted to walk to the metro station even during the day. It’s also close to a giant prison. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.
