9.0− En las piscinas muchas hamacas reservadas sin nadie que las utilizase, entiendo que el hotel las reserve, pero también debería revisar el uso de las mismas y si no se utilizan retirar las reservas.
No está mal, pero es mejorable.
5.0El personal en general muy amable y resolutivo. Lo mejor, la sala gamer y el monitor que la lleva, que se llama Juanma.
− Es un hotel un poco antiguo al que se le ha hecho un lavado de cara un poco “cutre”. El buffet no está mal , pero las bebidas pésimas . Poco personal para la animación , algunas actividades de animación no se llegaban a realizar . Me quedé con la sensación de que es un poco “batallero”. Los toboganes de las piscinas no estaban abiertos muchas veces ni de forma simultánea. Algunos de ellos hacen daño por tener giros muy bruscos.

8.0Las comidas estaban muy ricas. La fruta buenísima. El personal muy amable y atento. La animación infantil es muy completa
− Las almohadas eran muy incómodas. A partir de las 4 de la tarde daba sombra en la piscina.
Ár érték arányt tekintve picit túlárazott, de szolgáltatásokat tekintve nagyon jó.
8.0Sok szolgáltatás, esti meccsnézések a medence parton, kiváló ételek.
− Nagyon nagy a tömeg, rengeteg kisgyerek, nem nyugalmas hely.
