BED BUGS!
2.0Our room had bed bugs! Went to Oakland for a conference for 2 nights. When I got on the plane to leave, I was so so itchy, got home and had bed bug bites everywhere! I called the hotel who said they'd have someone check the room. They did not follow up. I called a week later and they confirmed the infestation. It was the worst week of my life, I had to take time off of work and also see a doctor. They were very rude on the phone and said they would not compensate me in anyway. This hotel tries to bury the bed bug reviews, you'll find other people complaining of this too. Please do not stay here, save yourself!!!!!!
