1.0− PLEASE PROVIDE FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY!! I paid in full before arrval. On arrival they said that they were no longer using booking.com and I had to pay again a much higher price in cash. They told me to ask for a refund from booking.com. I asked why they had not informed booking.com that they were no longer accepting bookings, they said they had done but booking.com had not responded. I do not know what is going on with booking.com but the communication has been terrible! I have messaged and emailed numerous times to no response. PLEASE PROVIDE FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!
