10.0This hotel is excellent! Everything is clean, tidy, and spacious. We were welcomed by polite and friendly staff at the reception. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. It included a minibar, TV, kettle, tea bags, and a complimentary bottle of water. Every morning, the housekeeping staff politely asked if we would like the room to be cleaned and provided us with fresh towels and toilet paper. The hotel is located close to the metro. Although it is a bit farther from the city centre, the metro station is only a 2-minute walk away, and there is also a nearby bus stop, so you can get to the city centre quickly and easily. There is Tesco (grocery store) near the hotel so you can buy water and food there if you need it. Overall, great experience in this hotel!
