10.0Everything else about the facility was amazing I really enjoyed my stay!
− I didnt like the way that google maps gives you directions to the hotel. It was very confusing trying to find the entrance since I am not from Chicago, but I called the hotel and they did very well at explaining how to enter the parking area. Also a microwave in the room would have been nice. Breakfast in the morning was really good, but it would be nice if the area where you serve yourself was more open without a wall in the middle or if there was someone making sure that everyone is cutious because there were a few guests who made the experience a little hectic.
