− The bed , too soft in the sofa.. need a replacement!
Overpriced, outdated and underwhelming. Only positive is the location.

− Flats are outdated, not well maintained. No blackout curtains and most of the broken so a lot of light still comes through, water pump failed in the building so we had to delay our day - staff just apologised but did not offer anything else.
