I only have two (very very small) negative things about our stay. One was that the pull out bed from the couch was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Not that we expect a cloud-like experience from a couch bed, but you could feel EVERY spring (We had to take turns sleeping with a kid because the 4 of us didn't fit in the big bed comfortably). I only add this because the last place we stayed at, we had to do the same thing, and that pull-out bed was actually fairly comfy. In any case, the only other thing was not having the supplies to be able to hand-wash the dishes. It's a very very small thing, but when there's only a few dishes I'd rather wash them by hand. BUT, with that said, literally EVERYTHING else about the stay was absolutely awesome. Starting with our check-in, which was met with a table with a pitcher of ice water and 3 plates with a different type of cookie on each! And they were all very tasty! The lobby also provided easy access to the game room, exercise equipment, and pool, along with a little "store" for some hygiene essentials and snacks/drinks, and an area of "borrrowable" movies, games, and puzzles! The room was VERY spacious, every staff member we came across was super kind and friendly, and one of my favorite things about this stay was that they give you a little itinerary of "events" at their facility, including guided tours they offer, movies playing at their own mini theater, crafts and interactive events, and even discounted tickets for the cog railway (which was amazing). The pools are huge and lit up at night (and open until 10!) and the hot tubs were huge too. My kids wanted to go to the pool every single night, haha! I just really loved this stay overall. We decided to try this resort instead of the one we've been using the past 3 years, and I will confidently say that our next year's family vacation will be at InnSeason again. My kids loved it! Thank you for an overall amazing stay! I know I had a couple little "karen complaints" LOL but truly this place is great and if the things that were inconvenient to me aren't an issue for you then your stay is going to be perfect!

The freezer burnt ice cream of resorts

If freezer burnt ice cream were a place, it would be Inn Season Resort. It draws you in with the hope of being something great only to be so incredibly disappointing. We stayed in one of the dated units - the pull out bed mattress was concaving in the center, dishwasher worked -occasionally, one ac unit in the place got stuck at 70 & solution was to use a fan, if we had one…. The staff were incredibly unhelpful overall & spent more time talking to each other than helping guests with actual needs. It seemed like a whole lot of “oh well, figure it out yourself”… The only redeeming thing about the place was the nice maintenance man Randy who actually tried to help with the limited resources they provided him. Half the events were cancelled throughout the week stay & honestly the experience overall was just an all around disappointment. Not really worth the money…

Comfortable room with excellent newer furniture. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Amenities are terrific we really enjoyed the outdoor pool. The only thing is the floors in our room must have never been washed as our socks turned brown. Check in and out were easy. Price paid was really good for 1 bedroom with a kitchen.
