Everything was over good and loved the experience only issue is the water was hot it was almost cold

I would absolutely not recommend staying at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Salisbury, MD. Our experience started with a very late check-in because the hotel appeared to be having issues on their end processing our reservation. We waited while staff tried to figure everything out, and communication throughout the process was poor. After finally getting checked in, we walked into what was supposed to be our suite only to find it in disgusting condition. The mattresses were covered in numerous stains, dirt, and debris. The room itself did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The refrigerator didn’t work, and the toilet barely flushed. This was completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with children. When I politely brought the condition of the room to the staff’s attention and explained that my children could not sleep on those filthy mattresses, instead of working to resolve the issue, my reservation was cancelled. At approximately 10:33 PM, my family was forced out of the room with nowhere to go. After a long drive and a delayed check-in, we were suddenly left scrambling to find another place to stay late at night. To make matters even worse, the situation escalated unnecessarily. I have video of the manager becoming aggressive during the interaction with my mother and me. Rather than showing empathy or attempting to make things right, we were treated like we were the problem for expecting a clean, safe room. No family should have to experience this after paying for accommodations. Basic cleanliness, functioning amenities, respectful customer service, and professionalism are the bare minimum. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in every one of those areas. I documented the condition of the room with photos and video because I couldn’t believe a hotel would rent a room in that condition. I will never stay here again, and I strongly encourage anyone considering this property to spend their money elsewhere.

I liked how clean the room was, the water pressure, the beds and the location right off of 17. The towels were very soft. The bed was very comfortable.

− Breakfast was only served until 930 but check out is 11. The stopper in our drain in the bathroom sink wouldn’t stay up so we had to keep pulling it up while using so the sink would drain.
