Fijn verblijf op een super locatie
9.0Bij aankomst verliep het inchecken duidelijk en snel. De kamer was mooi gelegen aan een binnenhofje in het hotel. Ondanks een drukkere locatie in de gang hoorde je hier niets van op de kamer en was het volledig stil. Het bed was groot en lag heerlijk. Op de schoonheid van de kamer is niks aan te merken. De locatie is geweldig: met een paar stappen sta je op de centrale markt.
− Het was fijn geweest om ook een douchestang te hebben, zodat de douchekop niet vastgehouden hoeft te worden.

10.0Resepsjonisten som sjekket oss inn ga oss en mengde informasjon om hotellet og byen til tross for at det var travelt, og fulgte oss til rommet. Det satte vi pris på! Dette er et klassehotell i gamle, vernede bygninger, med gårdsrom med sittegrupper for gjestene. Rommet var stort og vakkert. Fantastisk beliggenhet noen skritt fra Rådhustorget. Anbefales!

1.0− I want to complain about Merchants House Hotel. Furniture was old and dilapidated and barely clean. Washbasin was cracked in bathroom. Staff not helpful. When I asked for more cheese at breakfast I was told no. Not value for money. You should consider taking this hotel off your list, seriously.

10.0Perfecte locatie in het centrum. Leuke kamer en een lekker ontbijt, met veel keuze.
Hotelzimmer müssten dringend überarbeitet werden.
4.0Gute Lage in der Altstadt
− Das Zimmer war enttäuschend: abgewohnte, wacklige Möbel; durchgelegene Matratze; fleckiger Teppich; kaputte Lampen & Fenster; Schimmel in Dusche & am Duschvorhang. Fitnessstudio kann nicht als solches bezeichnet werden & ist gleichzeitig der Ruheraum der Sauna. Leider roch es sehr unangenehm nach Schimmel. Treppe zum Fitnessstudio und Sauna wurde als Lager für ausrangierte Sachen benutzt.

9.0Wunderbares Hotel in der Altstadt von Tallinn. Sehr zentral gelegen und alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolles romantisches Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
