9.0Apartma je bil zelo čist in večji, kot je izgledal na slikah. Prijava je potekala brez težav, osebje je ustrežljivo in vedno pripravljeno pomagati. Lokacija apartmaja je super, blizu plaže in blizu metroja in tramvaja. Zelo priporočam.

− Foarte mare prețul în raport cu ce oferă locația ( destul de uzat , geamurile murdare , probleme grave cu canalizarea , aerul condiționat nu funcționează , grilele de aer prin care ar trebui ventilat aerul, neigienizate ( infecte de-a dreptul), lipsa gel de duș/ baie , fierul de călcat cu ștecher rupt , furnici și alte insecte mici prezente tot timpul , nici un fel de comunicare directă cu o persoană reprezentantă a proprietății . Dacă ai ceva de spus/intrebat , trebuie sa scrii un mesaj , la care nu se răspunde , iar procedura check-in , a durat cam 1.5 ore , pentru 6 persoane , care s-a finalizat cu condiția de a plăti suplimentar o taxa de oraș de aprox 260 € și aprox 30 € , un soi de asigurare al apartamentului ….))

− Zeer teleurstellend verblijf met een opeenstapeling van problemen: een smerig appartement met kapotte bedden, daarna moeten verhuizen naar een appartement met een lekkende boiler en vervolgens opnieuw problemen na de vervanging daarvan. Veel kostbare vakantietijd verloren aan bellen, wachten en reparaties, terwijl we telkens opnieuw ons hele verhaal moesten uitleggen aan andere medewerkers. Ondanks alle overlast tijdens onze 10-daagse vakantie met kinderen is er geen enkele compensatie of tegemoetkoming aangeboden, behalve de standaardreactie: “We are very sorry to hear that.”

8.0It was close to the beach and to the metro station. There is a supermarket nearby, coffee shops, nice restaurants.
− No air conditioning upstairs, the room downstairs does not have shades, so anyone tall enough can see inside.
