8.0Lovely inn with a great location. Walk to everything! Breakfast was delicious! Only con, no amenities like lotion, shower caps, soap bars, etc. No big deal but if you’re expecting those kinds of things bring them yourself.
Great stay in Newport!
10.0We spent two nights at the inn. We had a great experience. Great room, breakfast, customer service, and prompt communication about parking and housekeeping. No elevator if that matters to you. Nice location. We were there during the off season so had free parking in the lot across the street. Great food at Busker’s (Irish pub across the street) and the White Horse Tavern (America’s oldest restaurant). We would definitely stay here again.

8.0This place is a gem ! Think of an old bed and breakfast ! Close to everything ! Rooms are comfy and their tea and breakfast are fabulous ! Highly recommend !

10.0This property is very nice. Our room was quiet. Some fixtures are aging, for example, in the bathroom. The rug was older too with stains left from cleaning products or a little damage, but overall nice. Interesting that there aren't some of the typical amenities like face soap or lotion. The breakfast was fantastic! Reminiscent of Europe. The area is safe and walkable with lots of shops and restaurants. We had a great stay!
