− When we got there the lobby entrance was locked. So we called the number on the door. The person on the phone said there was no bookings that day. They still showed up after 20 minutes.

− Not very clean. There was a dead roach closes till the base of the bed. Ice maker wasn’t working until my daughter turned it on. Only allows one vehicle in a room to park for cruise. So make sure you ride together. If not you have to pay additional $80 for second car
The counter staff is excellent!

Just ok.
4.0Location and parking is why we stay. Rooms still smell musty. Realizing that the place is older and run down I feel that the fresh paint in some rooms is looking better. I can see that housekeeping is doing a great job keeping things things clean.
− I don’t like the smell of. I don’t like that parking isn’t included after 7 days while on a cruise and that it is now 11 dollars a day. I heard rumors that this may be Port Authorities issue but do not know for sure.
