8.0I loved my experience here. The staff, particularly Gianni, were very friendly and helpful in making recommendations for dinners. They went above and beyond including charging my phone after I had checked out and was waiting for my train! The location, in the shadow of The Papal Basilica of Saint Mary Major, is a 5 minute walk from the train station and 15-20 minutes walk to major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. If I am ever back in Rome, I will stay there again! 🤓

10.0The location is perfect as your within reasonable walking distance of all the main sights. It felt a safe place to stay, spacious family rooms and really lovely staff
− Rooms were alittle dark as only a small window but on a city break we tend to spend most of our time exploring so it didnt bother us too much
