10.0We were traveling on a vacation and chose this hotel because of convenience but brand. The lobby and rooms looked brand new. The bed, linens, etc. were what is expected. The room was spotless. The staff were all friendly. And of course-free breakfast!
Some difficulties with checking in. Had to find emails to prove stay cost.
8.0Staff was very pleasant. Confusion at checking in regarding booked cost and no notice of room request made prior to stay. All worked out eventually.
− Iron had only high heat, nearly ruined clothes. Definitely needs to be replaced. No clock in room.
I had kids sleeping on the mattresses the bugs was in and I was highly disappointed and nothing could be done because I

− No air conditioning it was broke, there was bugs in the pull out beds & the towels.
Excellent Value Residence Inn
10.0Conveniently located near I-90, gas, and Panera. Quiet and clean 1 king studio (room 221). Arrived at 3 pm check-in and first floor room could not be accommodated. Great value with breakfast included, and room with full kitchen. Everything was in working order. Modern decor and a perfect home away from home.
Second time staying at this hotel; would definitely stay again.
8.0that it is like a suite - lots of space - while my mom was in bed, I was able to be in the other space to watch tv. bed was extremely comfortable and soft sheets

10.0Lovely upgrade. Spacious. Sad the side entrance is not working. I expect that is atemporary situation. Been here several times in last decade Consistently good stay.
