Great location, great restaurant in the hotel but very disappointed with the allocation of the rooms
6.0The location
− We arrived early so dropped our bags of then returned to hotel before the 3.00pm check in. We were then allocated a room on the ground floor with no windows which we did not accept. We then had to wait for another room to be made ready. Once given another room we entered to find maintenance still working in the room fixing the toilet. We then realised we had been given a disabled access room because everything was at a lower level in the bathroom

10.0The room is very clean, spacious and great all the necessities. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast are great too.
− It has been one of the great hotel accommodation that we have had. And I would highly recommend the stay in Apex city of London hotel. We will definitely return again whenever we are visiting London.
It’s disappointing that they don’t fix the lift shows they don’t really care about disabled access
