6.0The basement of an older couple, run by their son. They completed construction work overhead during my stay. No breakfast, bathroom across the common area. No door lock. People walking past my windows. I would have preferred a hotel.

10.0We enjoyed our stay here. It was a close distance to walk to downtown Anchorage. It was a quiet location. Room, bathroom, living room and kitchen were clean. We would stay here again.

10.0The property was very comfortable and clean. Also very convenient to downtown and a walkable distance in a safe neighborhood. Many extras, bikes available, travel info and a good selection of books if you enjoy reading. Nice optional grab and go breakfast available. I would highly recommend a stay here
