Cavalieri Restaurant superb service and attention from the staff, they are always nearby for any requirement, well manage and motivated staff. Daily breakfast was magnificent, one of the best I had in 5 stars hotels. Had 1 dinner at Cavalieri, a buffet dinner, amazing variety of good quality and diverse offers, as half-board package, included bottle of wine and water. The restaurant was packed of guest during my dinner time. I think that there was a reason for that. Great Cavalieri.

− Forte Grill was a sad disappointment, As a "Grill", supposed to have freshly grill order and not "grilled" meat and reheat it for your meal and put it in a plate to serve you. The meat came rough, dried and no taste at all. Even as half-board package, you have to pay for your drinks, even simple water. The staff are there not to serve but to rush you out during and after the meal. There is no attention or caring during your dinner, there was nobody nearby to request for anything. I notice that almost all the staff were looking at their mobile in a corner of the restaurant. Only 3 tables in a huge restaurant during my dinner period. There was a reason for that, I suppose. Run away from that restaurant, that is not a Grill food restaurant but "grilled" food restaurant. My worst, worst experience in a 5 stars hotels restaurant. Run away from Forte Grill!

The property is ok, I mean for the price you pay its very average. Disappointed with the amenities provided. can’t scuba dive because you need a license- this should have been mentioned. Its so expensive, for example it is €20 per person for bowling. Coke is €5 - I get resorts or hotels are overpriced like that but when you’re paying like £700-£1000 per night, service, food and amenities should be top notch. They dont even provide “Iron” because of safety reasons, but hey you guys provide glass bottles- they want to drench and drain your money. Food is so basic, breakfast has no variety. I My overall experience was definitely affected due to these points but staff is amazingly helpful and kind. I will definitely never visit this place again

It is hotel for the kids due to the sports and all activities. Don’t expect great service and luxury. The included food is average and only the good food could be found at the restaurants you pay. The staff is not completely fluent in English so if you order something expect receiving the incorrect order for example ordering a drink could be challenging unless is something straight forward like a Beer. The fact that the kids enjoy it balances out a bit. In our opinion given the price it is not worth it. If you are going to give it a try we suggest no more than a week or 5 days.
