2.0The hotel is CLOSED..... half the hotel was missing - Hotels.com let me book a room for a hotel that closed down AFTER i had made reservations. must to my surprise driving 2 hours there and we have no hotel - called for 30 minutes to hotels.com and got no one......
TERRIBLE
2.0The hotel did not exist. It was put of service and half of the building was torn down. I had no notice of the hotel being out of service. I did not find out until I was already at the location of said hotel.

2.0The property burned down in May 2024 and Expedia never notified me, we arrived to no hotel and no help from Expedia to find another room. Impossible to talk to someone without jumping through multiple hoops, still have not been refunded.
