8.0Good position in the city. Bus stop directly outside. Comfortable bed. Towels changed every day. Windows that open, I like fresh air ! Plenty of choice for breakfast, always able to find a table. Pleasant staff.
− No personal safebox in the room as in many other 4 star hotels I have stayed in. No mini fridge.

4.0Wir waren hier zum dritten Mal, die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, die Zimmer sind praktisch und sauber sie Matratzen sehr gut
− Wir haben dieses Mal ein kleineres Zimmer bekommen, für den hohen Übernachtungspreis und als Mehrfachgast war das enttäuschend. Vor allem hatten wir eine sehr laute nachgerüstete Klimaanlage die entweder zu billig oder defekt war und uns alle 5 Minuten aus dem Schlaf riss - ganz unangenehme Nacht! Ich hätte mir bei meiner morgendlichen Reklamation mit Tonaufnahme dazu eine Reduktion des Preises oder eine andere nette Wiedergutmachung gewünscht, es kam aber nichts außer einer Entschuldigung!
