Charity conference and dinner
10.0We booked the hotel for an annual conference for our charity and our beneficiaries, combined with a celebration dinner for our 30th anniversary. Ian was great to work with during the planning of the event, was very accommodating when we visited in advance, and was always available to deal with any queries. During our stay at the hotel the staff were very attentive, and ensured that everything around our event went very smoothly. My one small point of constructive criticism is that the hotel could be better set up for people with disabilities - there are only a very small number of disabled-friendly rooms, and one disabled toilet in the main communal downstairs area is insuffucient. But overall I can't fault the hotel for their planning, customer service and delivery, and we were very happy with all aspects of our stay there.
