10.0This was a clean and convenient hotel. The staff were nice. The breakfast was ok nothing special. There was a large youth soccer group there so the breakfast area and hotel common areas were a little chaotic and loud but this isn't the hotels fault. Nice location. I would stay there again.

2.0Canceled my hotel and even called to confirm. Got charged anyway. Called hotels.com who told me I had to take it up with the hotel. Called the hotel who told me it was Hotels.com who screwed up. NO ONE would help me out and they kept passing the buck back-and-forth and no one would admit they screwed up or refund my money. Convenient little game they can play when they can pass the buck and blame the other party and still keep their money.
