3.0− The hotel was a huge disappointment for a "4-star hotel and spa". It is not maintained well and looks old. One elevator was not working, the air condition didn't work, the wall to wall carpets was coming off in the halls and everything just looked bad. We ordered the hotel because it was advertised as having air condition, we complained twice that it wasn't working and was just given excuses and told to take it up with booking.com. The rooms doesn't get tidied up and cleaned everyday either, there's informations placards around the hotel saying you can order it at anytime. After trying to order it without succes we were told by the receptionist that the system didn't work and it had to be ordered at the reception. The last day of our stay the fire alarm went off twice in the evening due to a technical malfunction. The last one woke us up at 00:30.... Would recommend to stay away from this hotel.

− Wir haben selten so ein schlechtes Hotel erlebt, vier Sterne? Wo kommen die her ? Die Standards hierfür sind überhaupt nicht gegeben. Auf Nachfrage eines zweiten Kissens wurden Handtücher zum unterlegen gegeben. Das Zimmer war dreckig und veraltet.Die Bar war geschlossen, die Poolanlage auch stark überholungsbedürftig, es hat einfach gestunken. Die Teppiche im Flur abgeranzt und kaputt. Absolut keine 4 Sterne wert.

1.0Einkaufszentrum ist fußläufig durchs Gewerbegebiet erreichbar, Frühstück qualitativ in Ordnung
− Dreck und Schimmel im Zimmer und auf den Fluren, kein Service, überall Sparmaßnahmen, es funktioniert nur einer von zwei Aufzügen, Zimmerreinigung gibt's nur auf Anforderung per App, Kühlschrank war ausgebaut, Klimaanlage wird beworben - allerdings ohne Funktion, für Abendessen waren keine Plätze für Hotelgäste verfügbar
