− They closed the free breakfast a half hour early so I missed it

5.0− I was charged to check in early I happened to get to the hotel around 11:30am and wanted to be able to drop our things before going to the king of Prussia Mall. I did not request it prior I just asked if the room happened to be done. The front desk girl told me yes a room was ready that I would need to pay $55 + tax EXTRA. while I paid it I am furious. I worked in the hospitality industry for many years and NEVER heard of an early check in charge. Late check out sure. I will be contacting the hotel brand.
What we needed.
7.0The room was clean and looked recently renovated. It had a mini fridge, a microwave, a hair dryer, and an iron. There was guest laundry and a small gym. The breakfast options were quite decent.
− The elevator looked very old and moved very slowly. We weren’t sure we could trust it at first, but we did use it without issues.

− Strong cleaning odor in hallways. My door did not shut behind me and latch in own which m unaware of until I noticed my door was not shut for hours while I was away.
Terrible would never stay here again or recommend this place! He intimidates his employees and will be reported!
1.0Close to the highway
− The owner of the franchise Vimal. Very rude arrogant. Did not want to help us when we arrived just about midnight and basically told us to find another place to stay! Travelling with two children on top of that. According to him, there is NO OTHER WAY THAN TO TAP YOUR CARD TO PAY FOR A RESERVATION! Very False… plus when we asked if he was the manger, he said no and WITH HELD THE FACT HE WAS Actually the OWNER!
