Disappointed by location and road noise

− This hotel is 2km from Banff. That is not obvious in any advertising. The rooms facing the major highway are noisy, and affected my sleep.

Decent but not worth the expensive

− The restaurant- food is expensive- not a good value. You need to purchase the protein and side separately and not a big size
The hotel is special in its design. The bistro is gorgeous and the food is incredible. The staff are lovely. We enjoyed
7.0The location was incredible. So convenient to Banff yet not right in the middle. Great access to walking/ hiking. Gorgeous view of the mountains.
− The room was lacking for the price paid. Especially the shower. Very very small and very dated. When standing in front/under the water there is not much room to move. The shower really needs to be updated. It’s like a motel shower. There is no mirror in the main room which is very odd. Charging stations are needed when guests are travelling.
