− El escaso personal y ser un desastre de atención . Una habitación que costaba casi 600€ por día y sin mozo para subir y recoger las maletas y en recepción decían que es la dirección del hotel quien no pone ese servicio
Perfect stay
10.0It was already my second time at the hotel and I am sure for the next time I will book it again. The rooms are huge, beautiful, super super clean and the staff is so friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect and in all directions you can reach everhthing within minutes: the train station, colosseo, pantheon, roman forum, best restaurants, spanish steps and so on. Also at the breakfast you can find anything you need with great quality.

Prima hotel als basis voor je Rome trip.
8.0Prima ligging in de buurt van diverse bezienswaardigheden en metro. Schone kamers. Goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.
− Badkamer is prima maar enigszins gedateerd
Ville incroyable, hôtel un petit peu moins.
6.0Sa localisation. Le rooftop. Le personnel présent au petit déjeuner. Le personnel au bar.
− Paroi de douche manquante, entraînant des projections d’eau dans toute la salle de bain. Sèche-cheveux défectueux, présentant un faux contact et ne fonctionnant donc pas correctement. Porte d’entrée de la chambre qui ne se ferme pas correctement, ce qui pose un problème de sécurité et d’insonorisation. Taxe de séjour différente de celle annoncée sur Booking, entraînant un écart entre le montant prévu lors de la réservation et celui qui nous a été facturé.
