− Barking dog 2 rooms down. The manager had no problem moving me to the other end of the hallway

10.0I’m not sure why their rating is so low but that was NOT the experience we had. Great staff! Clean rooms! Great breakfast! The pool is perfect for energetic kids with doors that open up easing the noise and air movement. One plus is with multiple sport tournaments in the area, the amount of kids running around was in abundance… once our doors were shut, we didn’t hear a thing! That even having a room right next to the elevator and ice machine. The real show stopper though is the staff. Really friendly and accommodating. We would come back again just based on the experience with staff members alone.
